How long does shipping take? All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing before they ship. Once dispatched from our US warehouse, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 business days. We will send you a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way.
How much is shipping? Shipping is completely free on all orders.
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively across the United States.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can click that link at any time to see real-time updates on your delivery.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order? We move quickly to get your products to you! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.
When will I be charged? Your chosen payment method is charged immediately at checkout when you place your order.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. (Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable).
What if my item arrives damaged? We meticulously inspect our products, but transit damage occasionally happens. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will immediately send a replacement.
