Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items may not be eligible for return once opened. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded in full — just send us a photo.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
